After hotel pick up at 17:55, we will introduce you how to get onto the motorbike and then sharing some safety tips for the trip. You can immerse yourself in the busy flow at the busiest time of the day in Saigon while heading over the first stop in District 3 to try Banh Uot and learn how to make them with our skillful guides’ support.
After that, we will move toward District 10 to enjoy Barbecue at the very local area. Our guide will help you out and grill the food on the table in front of you.
Move on, we have Banh Canh Ghe for the third stop. This is Ocean Crab Soup with Tapioca Noodles serves with Pork Rinds, Fried Fish Cake and Green Chili Sauce.
You can also experience the process of making Banh Xeo (Central rice pancakes) by yourself at the next stop. Here, we will have a small food challenge for adventurous eaters.
Finally, we will have some desserts such as tropical fruits, ice cream with sticky rice and mango, frozen yogurt with hibiscus flower, etc … before dropping you off at your accommodation.
