07.30 AM: After having breakfast at the hotel, our guide will come to pick you up and we will depart to Mekong. The program will start with a visit of Cai Be floating market. Then, we’ll come to Tan Phong island for biking / walking on village paths to see the local daily life: orchard, school, church, pagoda, traditional houses and maybe the ancestral ways to pick up fruits in Mekong Delta... On the way, we can make some stops to see how they make rice-net for spring-rolls, sewing coconut-leaves for cottage roof and specially see how they wave the dried water-hyacynth to make many products: baskets, bags, hats, wallets, shoes...Then, the rowìng boat will take you deeper into the countryside on smaller canals to enjoy the peaceful time. In the morning, your guide will meet you at your hotel. We start cycling to visit local market. Then we leave the center of Hue and its historic buildings for a bicycle ride through the rice plantations and the bucolic Vietnamese countryside to the Thanh Toan Village, located eight kilometers away. The village shelters a covered bridge dating back more than two centuries; offered to the villagers by the wife of a high ranking Mandarin. Continue along the river with its banks dotted with temples. At the edge of the river banks the mothers wash their linen while their children are biking back home from school, many who will be astonished to see Westerners lost in this corner of countryside. Cycle back to your hotel. Then we visit the Hue Citadel and Imperial City by private car, which will take us about 2 hours and a half.
Enjoy lunch with specialties at a local restaurant.
After lunch, we board a dragon boat for a cruise upstream the legendary Perfume River. Along the way, we stop for Thien Mu pagoda and then continue to the rolling hills of the surrounding countryside by car where we find the elaborate mausoleum of emperor Minh Mang & Khai Dinh.

You will take the buggy car from the parking to the foothills of the cave (2km). Start your day with pick-up from your accommodation in Phong Nha between 7:00am and 7:30 am (please be ready on time).
You’ll then drive 70 km over the Da Deo Mountain Pass to reach the ethnic minority village of Tan Hoa and the Oxalis Headquarters. You can leave your entire luggage at our office in the storage room.
After a safety briefing, checking gear and signing our Release Form, the day adventure begins with a 2 km walk across peanut and buffalo fields to reach the Rao Nan River.
After crossing the river, you will start climbing over one small hill to Hung Ton Valley (500m) to reach Hung Ton Cave. Explore this wild cave by descending a 15 m ladder with a safety rope before swimming 50m through the cave and following an underground river to reach To Mo Valley, where a delicious BBQ lunch will be awaiting you.
You then swim though the wet Hung Ton Cave before trekking through the valley, climbing up the hill to reach the impressive Hang Chuot (Rat Cave) to explore its massive formations for 280m. Leaving Rat Cave back to Rao Nan River, you’ll finish the day crossing back over peanut and buffalo fields (2.5 km) to the Oxalis Headquarters, where a cold drink and shower will be awaiting your return.
Depart Tan Hoa at 5:00 pm and return to Phong Nha at 6:30 pm and you will be dropped at your accommodation.

Once in the village, you’ll be introduced to a local family with your tour guide acting as a translator. You’ll get to see firsthand how life flows on the banks of the Red River Delta.
Lunch is included in the tour and will be enjoyed at a local Vietnamese restaurant before heading back to the hustle and bustle of Hanoi for the city portion of the tour.
Upon arrival in the city the journey will continue with a visit to Phu Tay Ho, B-52 Lake, the train tracks through the city, the lesser known Home Market, and a myriad of hidden alleyways one the locals are privy to. The tour will conclude with a return to your hotel.

Thanh Toan village in Thuy Thanh commune, Huong Thuy district is one of the most beautiful villages in Hue. The village, 8km east of Hue, is famous for its beautiful roads, peaceful rural landscape and particularly the tile-roofed bridge, which has become a popular destination for tourists.

Day 8:Hue, Phong Nha
Paradise Cave is 31.4 km length, its width varies from 30 to 100m, the widest place up reaches 150m; The height of the cave is about 60-80m. It is considered by the British Caving Association as one of the longest dry caves in Asia, one of the most spectacular caves in the world. Comparing to the Phong Nha cave, stalactites in The Paradise Cave present more shapes. Sometimes you will encounter a slippery stalactite as new shaped, wet and watery. When the lights are on, the stalactites will glitter like metal flashing like thousand of twinkle stars in the night. It is one of the most magnificent and magical wonders in the world. Paradise cave is a celestial splendor in mundane title.
Day 9:Phong Nha
There are many caves in this limestone mountain area with stalagmites and stalactites, as well as underground rivers and waterfalls. Tu Lan Cave System comprises over 10 caves, some of which were originally discovered and explored in 1992, and some of which were just found in the past couple years.
Hang Ton (Ton cave), first found in 1992 and explored more in depth in 2012, appears first on the horizon on a trek to this intricate cave system.
